Non, tous les soins de la gamme DULCIA ne contiennent pas de sulfates, parabènes ou encore de silicones. Tous nos produits sont constitués au minimum de 98.2% d’ingrédients naturels et sont sans danger pour votre peau.
Combien de temps puis-je conserver les soins Dulcia ?
Vous pouvez conserver les soins jusqu'à 6 mois après leur ouverture ou conservez-les 2 ans sans les ouvrir.

Our articles are sold out very quickly due to high demand, and occasionally it can happen that an article you have ordered is suddenly no longer available. These cases are extremely rare, but can occur from time to time.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains more than one item, we will ship the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item.

We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or defective item. Please send us a message within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and the name of the product you should receive (in case of a defective item - a picture of the defect and other details of the problem).

Please note that if the item has been used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on health, hygiene and wear and tear. If your product is damaged during shipping, we cannot exchange or replace it. If the product you received was not defective on arrival and you decide to continue to use it in any way, it means that you have accepted your item in the condition you received it in and we are no longer responsible for the way you intend to use your item or for any damage that occurs afterwards.
*There is no lifetime warranty on any of our products, they are all subject to wear and tear over time and depending on how you handle your item.
We process orders very quickly to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible.
Once you click on 'Confirm & Pay' we cannot make any changes or cancel your order as our warehouse team have already started to process your order and prepare it for delivery.
Once your order is received and you still wish to cancel your order, simply contact us via the email contact box at the bottom of this page to inform us that you wish to cancel your order and return it to our facility. A customer service representative will then be able to inform you of the steps to follow to make your refund in the event of cancellation. Once we have received your parcel, we will contact you to inform you that we have issued a refund for your items*.
Please note that your returned items will be checked on arrival if the items have been used in any way. If the items appear to have been used in any way, no cancellation will be issued and the items will simply be returned to the sender.
